FAQs

What do I do before you arrive?

  • Empty all cabinets & drawers
  • Disconnect ice maker from back side of refrigerator.

Can I buy new drawer pulls/handles?

Yes, just be sure you have new pulls/handles on the day we start. If we have to drill new holes, there will be an additional fee.

Will I be able to use the kitchen during the week?

We recommend you try to use it as little as possible, but we do our best to give you some access at night.

Will I be able to see the grain of wood?

Maple, birch, cherry and popular cabinets will have next to no grain. Oak and hickory will show some grain.

What if I have pets?

We ask all pets are secured or are away from the kitchen. Your kitchen will be sealed off with heavy plastic most of the week.
